Introduction

Direct expansion type adopts direct expansion type evaporator, semi-hermetical twin screw compressor and tube-and-shell condenser. Standard power source is 380V/3Ph /50Hz.400-415V voltage is optional. Single compreesor is for 255-860kW. Dual compressor is for 970kW.Stepless capacities can be customized.

Features

High efficiency, energy saving
Extremely high full load and partial load energy efficiency.
New twin-rotor screw compressor equipped with a high-efficiency motor and a variable capacity valve that can adjust capacity in 4 stages 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% (Stepless control is optional) and allowing the cooling capacity to more accurately match the actual load.
A decrease in chiller energy costs, particularly under partial-load conditions at which the chiller operates most of the time.

Outstanding reliability
Full factory testing of the unit,including with water hook to simulate real conditions, helps provides a trouble-free start-up. Extensive quality control checks during testing means that all equipment protection features and operating controls are properly adjusted and operate correctly before leaving the factory.
Equipment must also pass a transport simulation test in the laboratory on a vibrating table.
Factory-installed options minimize field expenses and installation labor costs.

Technologically advanced twin screw compressor
Midea screw chiller is equipped with the 3rd generation industrial compressor that has the latest advanced 5-6 asymmetry dentiform Semi-hermetic Screw Rotors.

The rotors are tooled by high-precision CNC mills with each part being precisely sized and aligned,minimizing friction and clearance loss as well as guaranteeing low noise levels and durability.

Intelligent control, easy operation
Microprocessor control comes standard on all units. A display illustrates the machine’s operation status and programmable parameters (set points) e.g. water temperature and refrigeration pressure and temperature, allowing the operator to determine the unit status and also make changes to various set points. The control uses a PCB with predictive logic to select the most energy efficient combination of compressors.
Intelligent control, easy operation

Easy and fast installation
The unit passes full factory test before being delivered to ensure the reliability on site. The unit can be in service after simply being connected with power and water supply during field installation.
Installation and adjustments are made simple by standard flange connection and wire mesh to the electrical panel.
Refrigerant and lubrication oil are installed infactory. Only piping and power supply need to be hooked up onsite.
